The Arc of Gregg County has raised less than half of the $20,000 goal for The Great Texas Ball Drop. The Ball Drop is a fundraiser for Arc, and is set for 7 p.m. July 30 at The Great Texas Balloon Race. Proceeds from the Ball Drop will benefit The Arc of Gregg County, a nonprofit organization that has served people with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities for 45 years.
